Yes. Egypt is very safe. As a foreigner living here in Egypt I can say first hand that it is safe for tourists to visit.
Our group tours are specifically for women only; however, if you are travelling with a male we are more than happy to offer you one of our package tours.
No. Egypt is a moderate country and it is okay for tourists to wear western clothing; however guests should be aware of their surroundings and dress accordingly so as not to offend. As an example, it's not appropriate to walk in the streets with shorts and a bikini top. Trousers, jeans, knee length or full length skirts, t-shirts, shirts, dresses are all suitable. It is acceptable to wear swim wear in beach areas or by the pool in hotels and on the Nile cruise.
Some days consist of more walking than others but there is no hiking or strenuous activities included in the tour. Some of the historical sites are big so it takes time to walk around them. Surfaces can be a little uneven so we advise wearing comfortable shoes when sightseeing.
