WOMEN MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN EACH OTHER’S LIVES
Our Nepalese Walking Adventure is led by Brigitte Muir OAM, the first Australian woman to summit Mt Everest, and the first Australian to climb 7 summits, speaker and author. Brigitte will connect us intimately with local Nepalese village women and their culture and share many behind the scene stories of her adventures.
Participants will also learn how to walk safely and efficiently at altitude, taking with them skills that Brigitte acquired over thirty years of mountaineering.
Our Retreat component is led by Juliette Robertson, professional women’s coach, facilitator, author, speaker, mother and fellow adventure traveller. This is an opportunity, to participate in guided insightful discussions, personal reflection, journaling, meditation and 1:1 private coaching if desired.
Come walking in the Himalayan Hills and meet local Tamang village women in their homes. Share any skill you have that might make their world just a little bit easier and in return, you’ll feel their gratitude and learn so much more about yourself.

PLUS A ‘TREK FIT’ PROGRAM & CULTURAL BOOK CLUB
In the months leading up to our Walking Retreat, join us for our online Cultural Book Club full of insights into the culture of the countries we visit. We discuss these books monthly via Zoom online.
To ensure everyone is fit enough to really enjoy trekking in the mountains, we also run an optional virtual Trek-Fit Mentoring program led by Evania Dunstone, our women’s fitness trainer.
Together, you can address any health and wellness issues that concern you, plan your fitness preparation and have ongoing support while you strengthen those legs, improve your stamina, nutrition and lose weight if you desire.
