Pickled Pigeon Cottage was moved to its present site in 1881 and is a fully renovated 3 bedroomed original surveyor’s cottage from the gold mining area of Gabriel’s Gully. The scented garden attracts many birds and is named after one of its most frequent visitors, the native Wood Pigeon.
Pickled Pigeon Cottage is DOG FRIENDLY with a fully fenced back garden and a 5 star “dog house” attached to the main living area!
Facilities: Include WiFi, off street parking, a full laundry, heat-pump and wood fire and a BBQ area set amidst the roses!
The cottage is within easy walking distance of the shops and cafes of Lawrence, an historic gold mining town established in 1861.
